Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using MoldMaker's Service. It supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP.
1. Permitted Use
The Service is designed for creating mold designs for legitimate casting, prototyping, and fabrication workflows including: silicone mold making, urethane casting, slip casting, and similar processes for lawful product development, art, entertainment, and education.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, generate, or distribute content that:
- Infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right.
- Is intended for or facilitates the manufacture of illegal weapons (including 3D-printed firearms or firearm components in jurisdictions where restricted), controlled items, or hazardous materials.
- Depicts or facilitates child exploitation or abuse.
- Is defamatory, harassing, or intended to harm any individual or group.
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to circumvent usage limits, job quotas, or access controls.
- Using automated tools to create multiple accounts, scrape outputs, or stress-test the infrastructure.
- Sharing account credentials or reselling Service access without written permission.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the security of our systems without prior authorization.
- Using the Service in a manner that degrades performance for other users.
4. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in warnings, job suspension, account termination, and/or reporting to law enforcement, at our sole discretion. We do not provide refunds for accounts terminated due to AUP violations.
5. Reporting
Report AUP violations or suspected abuse to abuse@moldmaker.io. We investigate all reports and respond within 3 business days.
